Clinical Psychologist | Event Moderator
I began my career as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and later became certified through the International Coaching Federation. For more than 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with individuals and teams as they navigate growth, change, and the inevitable complexity of leadership and life. My work has always centered on one core belief: meaningful progress begins with deeper understanding—of ourselves, of others, and of the worlds we operate within.
At the heart of my work has always been deep listening. As a psychologist and coach, I’ve helped clients uncover patterns, clarify values, and move through obstacles with greater awareness and intention. Again and again, I saw how powerful thoughtful conversation can be—how the right question, asked at the right moment, can shift perspective and open new possibilities.
Over time, that realization naturally led me to moderating and facilitating conversations on a broader stage. I discovered that the same skills that support personal and organizational growth—curiosity, empathy, the ability to read a room, and comfort with nuance—are exactly what elevate live discussions.
Today, I moderate conversations that invite depth and authenticity. Whether engaging executives, thought leaders, nonprofit leaders, or innovators across sectors, I aim to create space where people feel both challenged and heard. My role is to guide dialogue in a way that brings clarity to complex issues and keeps the human element at the center.
Based in the Roaring Fork Valley of Colorado, I work with organizations nationally and internationally that value meaningful, values-driven dialogue. I believe we all want our work and our decisions to reflect what matters most to us—and the conversations we have shape that alignment.
Helping people connect insight to action—on stage and off—remains the thread that runs through everything I do.

“Personal and professional change requires the courage to be vulnerable and the willingness to explore the perspectives and assumptions we hold about ourselves and others. By challenging our beliefs with candor, openness, compassion and humor we can enrich our lives with greater meaning and purpose.”

We all want to live our best lives…
We want to be passionate about what we do.
We want to make meaningful contributions to the world.
We want to make decisions—at home and at work—that are consistent with our values.
And, we want to be healthy and whole.
