Executive Coaching

Become a better leader.

Good leaders have expertise, experience and the ability to think strategically. Great leaders, on the other hand, set themselves apart through their emotional intelligence. They astutely handle interpersonal relationships, bring out the best in people, and understand their impact on those around them. Great leaders highlight other people’s strengths and encourage them to take intelligent risks. They acknowledge their mentors and strive to become mentors in return.

If you’re ready to grow from a good leader into a great one, it may be time to consider executive coaching. Just as world-class athletes partner with coaches to achieve success, business leaders partner with executive coaches to achieve greatness. The process requires rigorous self-assessment as well as the fierce desire to learn and grow.

Cynthia is a trusted executive coach with proven expertise–helping good leaders become great ones. She’ll guide you through the change process, provide objective and constructive feedback, and hold you accountable for making positive changes.

Executive Coaching Process

All executive coaching is tailored to the individual needs of the client. It begins with an assessment — in particular, interviews to learn about you, your core values, and your passions. We’ll talk about your professional perspectives on leadership, the quality of your professional and personal relationships, and your organizational structure and challenges. We’ll develop an understanding and appreciation for your strengths, personality style, and your ability to thoughtfully absorb and debate alternate views and perspectives. Once the assessments have been completed, we’ll work together to create a customized development plan based on your unique strengths and leadership challenges. Cynthia works with individuals in person, by phone, or virtually.
